Contract Learning Experience Designer Canada Niagara Falls

GP Strategies is looking to expand our learning experience design contractor pool in Canada for projects later in 2026. We are seeking individuals with proven experience working as a learning experience design contractor designing engaging, impactful and creative learning solutions. You'll need experience across all contemporary learning modalities, including digital (elearning and virtual instructor-led training), face-to-face, and blended experiences. Designers at various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. As a learning design contractor, you will partner closely with clients and internal teams to analyze needs, consult on learning strategies and design learner-centered solutions aligned to business goals. Responsibilities may include learning design, content and technical writing and consulting across diverse projects and audiences. Successful candidates bring a solid foundation in adult learning principles, excellent written and spoken English and a highly client-focused, quality-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, capable of planning your own workload, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting. It would also be highly advantageous to have a solid grasp of working with AI tools as well as industry standard elearning authoring tools such as the Articulate suite.
