Overview As a Print&Services Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence. Your passion for the business will shine through as you guide your team in assisting customers with solutions, products, and services, while also building lasting relationships for future business.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Model and coach the selling model within the store, engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same, focusing on high performance and a customer-first mindset.

Sales Execution: Execute, communicate, and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items, maximizing sales while effectively assisting customers.

Leadership: Lead the cash and print areas to achieve goals and targets, cultivating a selling culture, and teaching new trends, products, and services.

Operational Excellence: Manage operational excellence and store brand standards in print.

Training&Development: Dedicate time for self‑development and enable associates to do the same, conducting training and inspiring continuous learning.

Qualifications

3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail, with supervisory and coaching experience preferred.

1–2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment and working knowledge of graphic design principles.

Technical acumen to operate computers and printing equipment.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi‑tasking skills.
