What You Will Do

Lead product development and R&D teams

Define product strategy and category direction

Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch

Work with vendors and manufacturers to deliver high-quality products

Oversee quality standards and product performance

Collaborate with marketing and operations on product positioning

What You Bring

7 to 10 years in product development or R&D

Experience with consumer hardware products

Leadership experience managing teams

Vendor management and negotiation experience

Strong strategic and analytical thinking
