Field Advisor HVAC Training Leader, Niagara Falls

As a Field Advisor, your responsibilities include mentoring field employees, conducting coaching, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with the General Manager and various departments to achieve the company’s operational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction while promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:• Train field staff to meet performance and quality metrics • Develop detailed training programs for technical and sales skills • Review and update apprentice core competency trackers • Conduct site visits and maintain quality audits • Actively participate in safety and operational meetings

Requirements:• Valid Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license and certification • Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and regulations • Proven coaching and communication skills • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
