About the role
See Sight Tours is hiring a Paid Ads / Growth Lead to drive direct bookings and revenue through performance marketing channels. This role is focused on execution, optimization, and measurable growth — not just strategy.
You will own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and other channels, while also improving website performance through SEO and CRO. Your goal is simple: increase high-quality bookings at the lowest possible cost.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable owning results end-to-end.
What you will do
Paid acquisition & campaign management
Manage and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
Optimize campaigns for ROAS and cost per booking
Continuously test and refine audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Improve website conversion rates across landing pages and funnels
Identify drop-off points and optimize the booking journey
Run A/B tests on layouts, copy, offers, and UX
SEO & organic growth
Improve organic visibility and traffic through SEO initiatives
Optimize key pages for search intent and conversion
Work with content and product teams to drive organic bookings
Testing & performance optimization
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
Continuously iterate based on data, not assumptions
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing on tour-level performance
Align campaigns with inventory, seasonality, and city priorities
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets
Reporting & insights
Report weekly on spend, performance, and growth opportunities
Track and improve key performance metrics across all channels
Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations

Lower cost per acquisition (CPA)
