Restaurant General Manager - Hotel - Niagara Falls

We are conducting an urgent search for an outstanding and talented Restaurant General Manager for one of our clients, which operates an upmarket, very busy all-day Restaurant facility within its first-class hotel property in the Niagara area.

They are seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is personable, media-savvy, dining room- and culinary promotion-minded, and has an eye for detail. Candidates with a hospitality degree, college courses in Restaurant or Hospitality Management is preferred.

Must have a solid background in a very busy restaurant operation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable branded or free-standing restaurant is a must. Ability to deliver quality services to the guests to experience an exceptional and memorable dining occasion

This outstanding career opportunity offers a generous compensation package that includes a base salary of $78,000 plus an annual bonus, along with a comprehensive employee benefits and pension contribution package.
