The Opportunity: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Leader/Manager to lead the team at our St. Catharines store, located at: 108 Grantham Ave S unit 1, St. Catharines, ON If you’re someone who loves motivating a team, achieving sales goals, and making customers smile, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do as Assistant Store Leader: - Lead the Team: Train, coach, and support a team of up to 15 team members to reach and exceed sales goals. - Be the Go-To for Customers: Make sure every customer feels welcome and supported by providing great service and resolving any escalations with a positive and professional attitude. - Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and organized, and create an inviting space for customers and staff. - Manage Inventory: Keep the right amount of stock on hand by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving processes, and verifying quantities are correct. What You Bring to the Table: - Experience: 2 or more years in a retail management role. - Team Player: You’re great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. - Tech Skills: You’re comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
