The Role We’re looking for a High Volume Recruiter who can hire more than 200 incredible tour guides across North America each year. This is a pure recruiting role focused fully on:
finding great people
screening quickly
interviewing deeply
selecting with high standards
handing off to Ops for training
You’ll run the entire recruiting engine.
We’ll give you autonomy, support, resources, and big goals.
What a 6-Star Guide Means We don’t hire average.
We don’t hire “ok” at customer service.
We hire people guests fall in love with.
A 6-star guide is someone who guests write paragraphs about.
Someone who becomes the highlight of the trip.
Someone whose energy fills the van, whose storytelling brings the city alive, and whose presence makes people feel safe, welcome, and excited.
Your job is to find these people.
Whether they come from hospitality, teaching, theatre, museums, comedy, community work, or tourism, you know a gem when you see one.
What You’ll Be Doing Full-Cycle High-Volume Recruiting
Hire 200+ guides across North America
Manage seasonal hiring surges (Jan–May)
Post across job boards, tourism schools, acting communities, creator groups, local networks
Maintain strong pipelines across multiple cities
Screening&Elite Selection
Rapid resume reviews
Structured interviews
Personality, storytelling, and hospitality evaluation
Optional video/audition screens when needed
Reject decisively when someone is not 6-star material
Partner with Operations
Align daily with Ops on staffing needs
Coordinate training, onboarding, and launch timelines
Ensure each city is fully staffed ahead of peak season
Build Processes&Improve Systems
Help select and implement our ATS
Build scorecards and evaluation rubrics for guide quality
Maintain organized candidate flow
Track and improve recruiting KPIs
Who You Are You’re not an HR generalist.

2+ years in high-volume recruiting, hospitality recruiting, or frontline talent acquisition
Strong instincts for people, personality, and communication
