Key Responsibilities:• Provide behavioral consultation under supervision • Assist in crisis intervention for individuals • Collect and maintain observational data accurately • Help train staff in best practices • Complete reports in line with ethical guidelines
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field • Minimum one year experience with developmental disabilities • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills • Passion for working with children and adolescents
