This role within the HOMES Program involves working closely with clients to develop financial plans that lead to self-sufficiency. You will deliver both individual and group services, ensuring that all clients have access to vital resources for financial management. You'll also tailor your approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients with personal budgeting and financial strategies • Conduct financial literacy workshops and sessions • Coordinate with community agencies and services • Advocate for clients' needs with external resources • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:• Diploma in related field or equivalent experience • 3 years of relevant experience in non-profit • Strong skills in budgeting and financial analysis • Excellent communication and advocacy abilities • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
