We're hiring Customer Service Representatives / Sales to join our exciting operations right at the world-famous Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls – one of the most breathtaking spots on Earth! The job will consist of greeting guests, taking digital photos, print and sales. You do not need to be a professional photographer and will be trained. This is a part/full time position in a fast paced environment in the heart of tourist destination. Needs excellent communication and a positive attitude is must. Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service. - Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care. - Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts to enhance sales. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and sales responsibilities.
