This role, reporting to Facilities Operations, focuses on preparing and applying paint, stains, and wall coverings in various hotel areas. You'll be entrusted with project planning, maintaining safety during work, and collaborating with the maintenance team for special tasks. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:• Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting • Apply paints, finishes, and specialty techniques • Protect property while completing painting tasks • Cover and move furniture to access work areas • Ensure all tasks meet brand standards and safety rules

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of relevant painting experience • Familiarity with vinyl wall coverings • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Knowledge of paints and application techniques • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
