Key Responsibilities:• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment • Maintain effective communication with clients onsite • Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly • Finalize invoices and manage order entries • Upsell services to increase event revenue

Requirements:• High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred • 1 year of customer service experience desired • 1 year of audio visual experience preferred • Technical Level 3 Certification required within 180 days • Valid driver’s license for operational purposes
