Become a vital part of the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre as a Registered Practical Nurse. NFCHC is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide essential health services to the Niagara Falls community. You will administer immunizations, perform wound care, and assist in mental health check-ins. With a commitment to health promotion, your role will include managing medical supplies and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
