Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly GTreasury, to lead and support system implementations for our clients. This role combines functional treasury expertise, technical system skills, and consulting experience to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize cash management, risk, and financial operations. - Lead end-to-end GTreasury (or similar TMS) implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Partner with clients to gather and document business and functional requirements across treasury operations (cash management, payments, debt, investments, FX, risk) - Configure GTreasury modules to align with client needs and best practices - Provide recommendations on process improvements and system optimization - Manage data migration, system integration, and interfaces with ERP systems and banking platforms Required Qualifications - 3–7+ years of experience in Treasury Management System implementations - Hands-on experience with GTreasury (strongly preferred) or similar platforms (Kyriba, IT2, FIS Quantum, etc.) - Solid understanding of treasury functions, including: *Cash positioning & forecasting *Bank connectivity & payments *Debt & investment management *FX and risk management - Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles Technical Skills - Experience with system configuration and implementation methodologies - Familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, and bank connectivity protocols (SWIFT, SFTP, ISO 20022, etc.) - Working knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and data transformation Preferred Qualifications - Direct certification or deep experience with GTreasury platform - Background in corporate treasury or finance operations - Experience with global treasury environments and multi-currency operations Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics CTP certification is preferred Top perks or perks: As an employee at Actualize, you’ll enjoy: - Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Generous PTO allotment, bi-annual performance based bonus, training and wellness allowance - Fully remote position offering a flexible work schedule Location: Canada Contact/application information: Please submit your resume to .
