Preconstruction & Estimating Leader Strong experience estimating/bidding on electrical construction projects. Estimating commercial electrical projects. A minimum of 5 years in commercial construction. A well‑established construction organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its Preconstruction and Estimating functions. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for teams responsible for budgeting, estimating, and delivering preconstruction services to clients. The position plays a key role in guiding projects from the early planning and design stages through final pricing and contract execution. The ideal candidate will bring solid construction industry experience, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal operations staff. Grants Systems Administrator The Grants Systems Administrator is a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and technically skilled professional who will serve as a key partner in strengthening data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. This role works closely with executive leadership to improve how data is used to inform grantmaking decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, ensure compliance, and identify unmet needs across the Commonwealth. This individual partners with both technical and non‑technical teams to organize large datasets, automate data flows, and create user‑friendly reporting tools. Success in the role requires balancing independent problem‑solving with collaborative communication, while maintaining strong attention to data accuracy, accessibility, and long‑term maintainability of systems.
