Nipissing University invites applications for part‑time course instructors for Fall/Winter positions to teach courses in Psychology for existing vacancies.
Fall Term Dates:
September 8, 2026– December 31, 2026 Hours:
36 instructional hours over 12 weeks.
PSYC-1106-FA001/FA801– Introduction to Psychology I, North Bay and Online Asynchronous Instruction
PSYC-2716-FA801– Emotion, Online Asynchronous Instruction
Winter Term Dates:
January 11, 2027– April 30, 2027 Hours:
36 instructional hours over 12 weeks.
PSYC-1107-WI001/WI801– Introduction to Psychology II, North Bay and Online Asynchronous Instruction
PSYC-3716-WI801– Motivation, Online Asynchronous Instruction
Qualifications
MA or MSc in Psychology or closely related fields; some experience teaching at the post‑secondary level.
Duties
Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned.
Available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time.
Complete mandatory training requirements and review and follow Nipissing University’s policies and procedures.
