What You’ll Be Doing Food Preparation&Cooking
Cook and prepare meals with precision, passion, and pride - always upholding Little Farms' quality standards.
Plate dishes with consistency in
taste, portion, and presentation .
Prepare items in batches efficiently while following all
dietary and allergen guidelines .
Kitchen Operations&Efficiency
Keep your station clean, organized, and well‑stocked at all times.
Use the
FEFO method
to ensure fresh, safe ingredients.
Assist with
receiving, inspecting, and storing
supplies.
Work closely with the Head Chef and teammates for a
seamless service flow .
Food Safety&Hygiene
Follow all
food safety regulations , this includes handling, sanitation, and cleaning.
Maintain a hygienic kitchen and report any food safety concerns immediately.
Handle kitchen equipment responsibly, keeping safety top of mind.
Teamwork&Growth
Jump in to support the team during busy periods.
Be collaborative and communicative with kitchen and service teams.
Help with
mise en place , prep, and daily setup.
Embrace
learning new techniques
and taking on responsibilities to grow.
What You Bring to the Table
Solid cooking skills with a sharp eye for
detail and consistency .
Great attitude and
respect for the craft
of cooking.
Able to stay cool under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute to team success.
Experience in professional kitchens preferred, but passion and potential matter most.
