General Cleaning & Yard Maintenance (North Bay)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform general cleaning and yard maintenance duties. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of outdoor and indoor spaces, ensuring safety, and supporting ongoing landscaping and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic and experience with various tools and equipment to help keep the property well-maintained and functional. Duties - Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal - Maintain outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal - Operate yard equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers to keep grounds tidy - Maintain equipment through basic mechanical knowledge to ensure proper operation and safetySkills - Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively - Familiarity with general maintenance procedures for outdoor spaces and construction sites - Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently in outdoor environments - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2okyfx
