Responsibilities Support the group’s legal, corporate governance and corporate secretary functions. Ensure the group operates within its legal framework while supporting its investment and portfolio entities. Serve as an advisor for investment transactions, acquisitions, divestment, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications Degree in law with at least 15 to 20 years of experience. Authorization to practice law in Singapore or a common‑law jurisdiction. Strong business partner with experience in corporate law and M&A; / investment related transactions.
