Contract Recruitment Advisor in North Bay

Join Ontario Northland as a Recruitment Advisor in North Bay on a 12-14 month contract. Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract and secure top talent for our diverse teams. This role reports to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and requires 2-3 years in high-volume recruitment. You will design interview guides, coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As a key player, you will also enhance recruitment strategies while supporting hiring managers in making informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes - Develop behavioural-based interview guides for hiring - Manage pre-employment requirements and candidate assessments - Issue offers while supporting negotiations with hiring managers - Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS Requirements: - Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field - 2-3 years of recruitment experience - Robust candidate sourcing and assessment skills - Proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools - Valid driver’s license and travel availability Elevate our recruitment strategy while promoting Ontario Northland's positive employer brand.
