Part-Time Front End / Client Care Team Member (North Cowichan)

Genoa Integrative Health & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing wellness clinic team in a part-time front-end/client care role. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a positive environment, and can help create a calm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. Responsibilities - Answer phones and assist clients - Book and manage appointments - Process payments - Create basic social media content/posts - Clean and prepare treatment rooms - Laundry and general clinic upkeep - Support the daily flow of the clinic - Help maintain a warm, professional, wellness-focused atmosphere Schedule Part time hours including: - Wednesday afternoons - Thursdays - Fridays What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: - Friendly, outgoing, and professional - Reliable and hardworking - Organized and comfortable multitasking - Confident using social media - Compassionate and respectful toward clients - Able to work well independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a wellness environment supporting diverse health needs Experience in reception, customer service, spa, wellness, or healthcare settings is considered an asset — however, personality, attitude, and willingness to learn are most important to us.
