LD Plumbing & Heating is looking for a local expert to lead our dispatching. Use your years of field experience to guide our customers and support our crew from a comfortable office chair. The Role: - Manage incoming calls and "diagnose" jobs using your technical background. - Schedule and dispatch techs using Jobber (we will train you!). - Provide technical advice to customers and junior field staff. - Support the local Ladysmith community with reliable service. Who You Are: - Former Plumber, HVAC Tech, or Construction Pro. - Living in the Ladysmith area. - Ready for a stable, low-impact role that still keeps you in the game.
