Part‑time opportunity requiring flexible availability. Availability on all days is considered an asset, with priority given to Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. Expected hours are 16–24 per week. Benefits

Starting at$20.40/hour plus tips. Wage increase to $20.90/hour after successfully completing probationary period. Key Responsibilities
Making customers happy and promoting a helpful and friendly environment to ensure they arrive and leave with a great impression while delivering on our service standards. Bringing your positive, collaborative and hardworking attitude to work each day. Learning and talking about the Flight menu of products to better connect with our guests by making excellent recommendations.Managing inventory with an eye for organization, display, and stocking of products. Ensuring full compliance with British Columbia’s legal regulations concerning the sale of cannabis. This includes verifying the age of guests by checking IDs. Being part of a team of high achievers who care about the customers and the company they are representing.Such other and unrelated duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer. Education, Skills and Qualifications
Cash handling and POS experience in retail, hospitality, or food services. 1+ years of experience in customer service with a demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations and respond to guests and colleagues with kindness and respect. Demonstrated initiative to be pro‑active in product knowledge to serve guests in a confident manner.A warm, confident, and customer focused personality with a high-level of attention to detail. Selling It Right certification, and minimum 19 years of age. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A passion for the Cannabis industry, knowledge of cannabis is considered an asset.
