Position Overview: We’re hiring a full-time driver to support our operations. This role involves delivering and servicing portable restrooms, running a hook-lift truck, and handling roll-off bins. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver, service, and pick up portable restrooms at various job sites and events - Operate the pump system on the portable restroom service truck to clean and maintain units - Operate a hook-lift truck to transport roll-off bins - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of units - Perform routine checks on trucks and equipment - Maintain accurate service records and documentation - Provide friendly and professional service to customers Requirements: - A minimum of 2-4 years of truck driving/operating experience. - Previous waste collection industry experience is an asset. - Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 with air brake endorsement is a strong asset) - Clean drivers abstract - Experience operating hook-lift trucks or similar equipment is preferred - Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, bend, and work in outdoor conditions - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime if required What We Offer: - Competitive hourly wage: $25–$35/hr based on experience - Flexible hours - Supportive team setting in a growing local company - Opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons Additional position information: - Pre-access drug and alcohol testing will be conducted - Lifting 50+ lbs, sitting for extended periods, and repetitive movements - Shifts may require occasional extension to ensure work is fully completed Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: - French not required Licence/Certification: - Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogy60
