Job Duties: - Work as part of a team to plan, carry out, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities for children. - Supervise and ensure children’s safety while engaging in indoor/outdoor, active/quiet, and individual/group activities. - Communicate regularly with families about children’s growth, progress, and program participation. - Develop individualized/group curriculum based on children’s abilities, interests, and needs; coordinate with specialists as needed. - Attend to children’s physical needs (diapering, toileting, eating, sleep) and implement care plans collaboratively. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports, including progress, behaviours, and required licensing logs.
