Key Responsibilities:• Execute high-quality dishes during peak service • Work with fresh ingredients sourced from our garden • Harvest seasonal produce when necessary • Engage in creating seasonal, garden-driven menus • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Food Safe standards

Requirements:• 1–5 years of line cook experience preferred • Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals • Passion for local ingredients and scratch cooking • Ability to stay organized in busy kitchens • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
