Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail orientated Counter Staff member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties - Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service in person and on the phone. - Operate POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts - Assist customers with product information and specifications - Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and assistance Qualifications - Solid communication skills - Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred - Equipment background or Construction experience is an asset. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management - Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
