Join the Client Services Team as an Employment Counselor, helping Indigenous clients navigate career planning and development. Your role includes providing in office support across various communities. As a key member of the team, you will provide trauma-informed career counseling to facilitate job search strategies and self-employment opportunities. You will assess client needs, develop goal-focused strategies, and leverage community resources to ensure supportive outcomes. This position requires a commitment to understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds.
