As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will manage a broad range of customer service transactions, advise customers on suitable banking solutions, and build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment while serving as a frontline member of the banking team. Responsibilities
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and the bank’s Code of Conduct. Identify and evaluate customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using established procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time. Engage personally with customers to clearly explain banking solutions and processes. Support team effectiveness and contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable workplace through active participation in performance development. Assist team members by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Qualifications
High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced setting. Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Self‑motivated initiative and strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to connect calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse audiences.
