$91,172 - $107,261 - $123,351 per year Contract:

37.5 hours per week (core hours 9 am‑3 pm Monday‑Friday) Location:

Hybrid– 3 days in office and 2 days work from home; work anywhere within the Vancouver Island Region. Frequent travel required. Role Overview

As an Indigenous Educator, Harm Reduction, you will travel to communities to confidently deliver presentations to diverse audiences. You will apply both Indigenous harm reduction and Western harm reduction approaches to support community learning and engagement. You will bring strong skills in Naloxone training, drug checking, and Opioid Agonist Therapy, and you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Safer Use Supply programs within community settings.About You

The successful candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Recent, relevant, and significant experience in Indigenous harm reduction (usually 3‑5 years). Experience working with Indigenous leadership, health professionals, and communities.Benefits
