Restaurant Server – The Den at Nita Lake Lodge Location: Whistler, BC | Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Nita Lake Lodge is a renowned boutique resort in the heart of Whistler, known for exceptional hospitality, elevated dining experiences, and genuine guest connection. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant Servers to join our team at The Den for dinner service. As a Server at The Den, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities - Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service in line with Nita Lake Lodge standards. - Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, including wine pairings. - Accurately take and process food and beverage orders while coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the dining room. - Process bills and payments accurately while following restaurant cash handling procedures. - Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. - Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and support a safe working setting. - Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and exceptional service throughout each shift. Qualifications - Valid Serving It Right certification. - Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced dinner service environment. - Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Basic wine knowledge and a passion for hospitality. - Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach. - Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
