Host/Hostess/Server (North Vancouver)

We’re a fun, safe, and inclusive space where friends, families, and teams come to play, relax, and celebrate. We’re growing and looking for energetic, personable Hosts/Servers to be the face of our guest experience. What you’ll do - Be the first hello: Greet guests with a warm, upbeat attitude and set the tone for a great time. - Own the front desk: Answer phones, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate walk-ins for bowling lanes and pool tables. - Sell the fun: Recommend and sell game packages, lane time, and table time based on guest needs and availability. - Keep it moving: Seat guests efficiently, quote accurate wait times, and communicate clearly with the floor team. - Support service: Take orders, run food, and assist Servers during busy periods. - Pour and prep: Prepare and serve a range of beverages while following provincial liquor regulations. - Stay in the know: Maintain product knowledge and availability to guide guests and support the team. - Stay organized: Keep host stand, bar, and service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready. - Tech-friendly: Process orders and payments using the Clover POS system. - Team first: Jump in wherever needed to keep operations smooth and guests smiling. What we’re looking for - Experience: Previous hosting or serving experience is required. - People skills: You’re friendly, patient, and confident handling a fast paced, guest-facing role. - Multitasker: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle phones, walk-ins, and reservations at once. - Team player: Positive attitude and great communication with both guests and coworkers. - Versatile: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Hospitality mindset: You love creating memorable experiences and solving problems on the fly.
