Mission AspenClean is rapidly growing and looking for purpose‑driven individuals to join the team at our headquarters in North Vancouver. As Art Director, you will be responsible for elevating and evolving the visual presence of the AspenClean brand, primarily focusing on digital and social media channels. Working in‑house, you will ensure creative consistency across all communication touchpoints, while pushing the brand forward with fresh, relevant, and high‑impact visual storytelling. You will play a central role in shaping creative strategy, leading visual content production, and supporting business growth through compelling design, photography, and video. About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who understands how to build and scale a brand’s presence across social channels, namely Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. This is a hands‑on creative and strategic role for someone who combines robust platform instinct with structured execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external collaborators, including UGC creators, photographers, influencers, copywriters, and marketing partners. The ideal candidate knows how to operate within a brand, collaborate across teams, work independently as needed and deliver content that aligns with broader marketing and commercial objectives - while still feeling native, relevant, and engaging. You will be responsible for shaping AspenClean’s social presence end‑to‑end: from content creation and storytelling to community engagement and performance optimisation. Key Responsibilities Social Media and Brand Voice - Define and evolve AspenClean’s social identity, tone of voice, and messaging - Write and refine copy that is platform‑native, concise, and on‑brand - Ensure consistency across all touchpoints - from captions to comments - Translate product features (ingredients, safety, sustainability) into clear consumer value and compelling narratives Content Creation - Concept, produce, and edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Deliver content that balances brand quality with platform‑native execution - Execute both planned campaign content and reactive, trend‑led content - Maintain a strong visual standard across all outputs, aligned with AspenClean’s premium positioning - Capture product, lifestyle, educational, and performance‑driven content Platform Strategy & Trend Adaptation - Monitor and interpret platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts - Apply trends in a way that feels authentic and brand‑relevant - Understand content structure (hooks, pacing, storytelling) to maximise retention and reach - Contribute to ongoing content planning and editorial direction Community Management & Engagement - Manage AspenClean’s social community across platforms - Engage with audiences in a way that feels considered, human, and on‑brand - Build relationships with customers, creators, and advocates - Support influencer and UGC engagement through thoughtful interaction Collaboration & Workflow - Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams - Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and external partners - Operate effectively within structured workflows (Asana, content calendars, approvals) - Ensure content delivery aligns with campaign timelines and business priorities Performance & Optimisation - Track performance across content and campaigns - Identify patterns and insights to inform future content - Balance data‑driven decision making with creative intuition - Contribute to reporting tied to brand awareness, engagement, and conversion Qualifications - 2‑4+ years of experience working in‑house or at an agency - Background in social media, content creation, digital marketing, design, or art direction - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, lifestyle and product‑focused content (still and short‑form video) - Experience working with influencers and UGC creators - Experience in CPG, retail, ecommerce, or sustainability‑driven brands preferred - Skilled with Figma, InDesign, Canva, CapCut, and TikTok native editor - Highly fluent in Instagram and TikTok - Exceptional copywriting and brand voice development skills - Strong taste and visual awareness , with an understanding of premium brand aesthetics - Attention to detail - from wording and tone to visual consistency - Passion for sustainability, transparency, and clean living are a plus Why join AspenClean - Be part of a globally expanding, mission‑driven company - Help shape the digital voice of an internationally recognized brand with growth opportunities - Work with a team committed to innovation, transparency, and environmental responsibility - Play a key role in shaping AspenClean’s social presence and identity #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nbee2
