Lounge Server – Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa (Whistler, BC) Join Our Team as a Server in Our Lakeside Lounge! About Us Nita Lake Lodge is a distinguished Four-Diamond boutique hotel in Whistler, known for exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Our Lakeside Lounge offers a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere, and we are looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Position Summary As a Lounge Server, you will deliver warm, attentive service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role includes taking accurate orders, sharing menu knowledge, maintaining clean and organized sections, and supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional guest service following Nita Lake Lodge standards - Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations - Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system - Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service - Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and reset/sanitize tables between guests - Present bills accurately and process payments according to procedures - Complete opening and closing duties using established checklists - Follow all Health & Safety protocols and remain familiar with emergency procedures - Maintain qualified appearance and conduct - Attend team meetings and required training - Support colleagues and perform additional duties as assigned Requirements - Valid Serving It Right certification - Minimum 2 years of serving experience - Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills - Basic wine and cocktail knowledge - High attention to detail and consistent professionalism Why Work With Us? - Supportive and dynamic team environment - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Work in a beautiful lakeside setting in Whistler, BC - Competitive compensation, employee perks, and benefits Apply Today If you are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.
