Customer Service Representative (North Vancouver)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, or chat. - Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services, focusing on upselling opportunities. - Maintain accurate records through data entry of customer interactions and transactions. - As a part-time Store Associate, you will provide care to our DIY customers and contractors on products and applications. You will provide hands on support with tinting, mixing and colour matching. You'll take orders, as well as ship and receive products. You will handle paint all day, from quarts to gallons and to 5 gallon pails, weighing up to 70lbs. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. Experience - Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. - Familiarity with data entry systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous. - Previous sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling products or services.
