Guest Services Agent (Whistler)

Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests warmly and assist with registration, room assignments, and departures. - Handle guest requests, provide information on hotel services, and recommend local attractions. - Assist with luggage handling and concierge services, including booking activities, dining reservations, and transport. - Respond promptly to telephone and text inquiries, directing them appropriately. - Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. - Follow safety procedures and support other departments as required. Qualifications: - Positive attitude with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. - Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is an asset. - Knowledge of Whistler and its attractions is highly valued. - Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Physically capable of lifting luggage up to 40lbs. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software. - Legally authorized to work in Canada.
