As a Concierge, you are the“face” of the high‑end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and problem‑solving and diffusing sticky situations. Shifts Available
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Wednesday: 4:30 pm – 12:30 am Skills&Qualifications
Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset. At least one year of direct/in‑person Customer Service experience is required. Excellent written and oral command of the English language. Physical Requirements
Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior. Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers. Ability to work in different environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.). What We Offer
