We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic people to join our front of house team in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and customer service we want to meet you! What you will do: - Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Answer questions about the historic venue and restaurant. - Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. - Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while answering any questions guests may have. - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy. - Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area including tables, chairs, and service stations. - Assist with the cleanliness of the facility including daily cleaning tasks. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. - Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe and positive dining environment for guests and staff alike.
