Guest Service Agent (Whistler)

Responsibilities - Greeting and acknowledging guests in a professional and friendly manner - Ensuring guest arrival and departures are handled in a confident, professional and friendly manner - Making reservations for future arrivals and ensure special attention to details are taken - Promote knowledgeable information about the Hotel and its features, and the surrounding areas - Handling cash and credit card transactions for guest accounts - Balancing and maintaining cash floats - Communicating with other departments to maintain a positive guest experience - May be required to provide occasional night audit coverage, including overnight shifts as needed. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Previous guest service experience - Enthusiastic attitude - Ability to adapt and think creatively - Robust attention to detail - Excellent communication in English Perks and Benefits: - Discounted Room Rates; Special rates for a Coast hotels across Canada, the USA - Generous Friends & Family discounted room rates - 50% off Food and Beverage at Bearfoot Bistro Join our team as a Guest Service Agent and contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for all our guests!
