Wildfire Vegetation Management Contractor Needed (Whistler)

The Resort Municipality of Whistler seeks a qualified contractor for its Wildfire Vegetation Management Program. This role focuses on coordinating fuel thinning projects to protect the community from wildfires. As the WVMP contractor, you will oversee and execute essential fuel thinning procedures. Your work will align with the Fuel Management Prescriptions from the RMOW’s Wildfire Program Consultant. The position is critical for reducing forest fuel loads in the wildland-urban interface, directly impacting community wildfire safety.
