Location Manager (North Vancouver)

OK Tire North Shore is looking for Key Responsibilities - Oversee and lead assigned location, managing scheduling, workflow, and inventory to meet company’s production goals, financial targets, and quality standards - Oversee and manage existing and new processes, policies, and procedures to ensure agility and alignment with evolving business needs - Implement action plans, process updates and training sessions to enhance, streamline and/or expand company services - Ensure OEM procedures are being followed on all repairs. - Streamline workflow processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase turnaround times - Plan daily and weekly production schedules to maximize efficiency and maintain shop efficiency targets - Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, to facilitate accurate and timely updates to front end staff - Coordinate the workflow of production team, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity and minimize downtime - Ensure safe work practices Qualifications, Skills & Abilities - High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in mechanical repair is an asset - WHMIS training/certification is an asset - 5+ years of prior industry experience (Service advising or mechanical), ideally 2-3 years leading a team - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong leadership skills and negotiation/conflict resolution skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively - Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments - Robust computer skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Shop Management System, Customer Communication Platform etc. - Experience managing a budget is an asset - Self-motivated - A team-oriented attitude and the ability to receive direction and work well with others - Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits - Company events - Dental care - Paid time off - Store discount Education - Secondary School (required) Experience - Automotive Industry: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pbixi
