The Corporation of the City of North Vancouver invites applications for the Manager of Customer Service role. This full-time temporary position resides within the Planning, Development&Real Estate Department. You will lead customer service initiatives while supervising a team to ensure exemplary service standards at City Hall.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee customer services at City Hall service counter • Design and implement effective service procedures • Resolve complex customer inquiries and improve access • Analyze service performance data and metrics • Coordinate service improvement projects and teams
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred • Demonstrated management experience in customer service • Proficient in leading customer-focused programs • Analytical mindset for continuous improvement • Ability to thrive in dynamic public-facing environments
