Your expertise in troubleshooting, developing enhancements, and conducting root-cause analysis will be essential in promoting seamless operations. You will engage in creating detailed documentation to support ongoing improvements and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement security upgrades and enhancements • Analyze technical issues to provide sustainable solutions • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system-level artifacts • Participate in incident management and on-call rotations • Foster customer relationships for enhanced service delivery

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field • Minimum 5 years' experience in production support • Strong skills in SQL and Java applications • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills
