We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Oakville showroom team. About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the purchase of luxury hot tubs and wellness products, helping them find the perfect solution for their home and lifestyle. You will work directly from our Oakville showroom while also managing inbound and online leads from across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and can confidently present and close premium products with high ticket values. You’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while building and managing your own sales pipeline. You’ll also have opportunities to represent the company at local trade shows and events throughout the GTA. Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers in our Oakville retail showroom - Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium buying experience - Confidently present and sell luxury hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and more - Manage and follow up on leads through phone, email, website inquiries, social media, and walk-in traffic - Maintain and manage customer opportunities through CRM software - Help maintain a clean, organized, and high-end showroom environment - Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets - Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on promotions and inventory Qualifications - Proven sales ability with confidence selling premium or high-ticket products - Strong closing and relationship-building skills - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Organized with strong time management abilities - Comfortable using CRM systems and computer software - Professional presentation and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales workplace - Availability to work Saturdays - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Considered an Asset - Experience in luxury retail, automotive, furniture, home improvement, or commissioned sales - Hot tub, spa, or wellness industry knowledge - Trade show or event experience What We Offer - Full-time position - Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure - Additional sales incentives and performance “spiffs” - Benefits package available after 6 months - Travel expense coverage when required - Ongoing sales and product training - Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company - Energetic, supportive, and team-oriented work environment If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy working with customers, and want to build a rewarding career selling premium lifestyle and wellness products, we’d love to hear from you.
