As a Production Associate, you will sort reject LPs, maintain regrind inventory, and ensure productive recycling processes. Key Responsibilities: • Sort and organize reject LPs for recycling • Prepare scrap LPs for Punch N Snap processing • Maintain accurate regrind material inventory • Generate custom mixes based on production requirements • Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials Requirements: • Previous experience in recycling or material handling • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Knowledge of vinyl record processes an asset • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Contribute to innovative recycling efforts at Precision Record Pressing and help minimize waste.
