Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Duties - Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards - Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients - Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations - Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers - Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages - Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Requirements - Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting - Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards - Strong skills in meal preparation and kitchen operations - Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards - Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices - Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable - Ability to work early mornings and adapt to a fast-paced setting - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about breakfast cuisine and committed to delivering exceptional food service.
