PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE We are looking for a Production Associate to work on the manufacturing team. This person will work alongside 2-3 people to produce eco-friendly waterproof coatings for ecommerce channels. RESPONSIBILITIES · Accurately measure and transfer raw ingredients into mixing tanks · Set up and monitor the mixing machine to ensure proper blending of ingredients · Fill pails and cans with finished product according to specifications · Manually load completed products onto skids for storage or shipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS · This is a physically demanding job. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs · Physically capable of performing a range of tasks, including standing, crouching, twisting, bending, and lifting throughout an entire shift QUALIFICATIONS · Forklift experience and certification are required · Attention to detail is required, with a focus on quality and precision · Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently · Works well collaboratively with co-workers and as part of a team · Demonstrates a strong work ethic and consistent reliability · Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada APPLICATION Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply immediately.
