Warehouse Associate ( 3 Month Contract) (Oakville)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse duties such as receiving, inputting, sorting, and loading. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Process, package and receive/ship orders. · Organize stocks and maintain inventory. · Inspect products for defects and damages. · Perform kitting operations for production. · Kitting for spools and electrical units. · Examine incoming and outgoing shipments. · Organize and maintain warehouse space. · Check, verify and fill customer invoices. · Work closely with shipper/receiver. · Assisting with shipping and receiving activities. QUALIFICATIONS: · High school diploma. · Warehouse experience. · Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. · Basic to intermediate computer skills. · Team player. · First Aid training and WHMIS knowledge would be an asset. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: · Works closely with production employees. · Vendors.
