TalentWorld is recruiting a Skilled Precision Welder for one of its valued manufacturing partners.If you’re looking to work in a hands-on, high-quality production environment where precision, craftsmanship, and safety matter, this could be a great opportunity to grow your welding career.In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components, setting up and operating various welding equipment, and ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Schedule:Afternoon shift, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Monday to Friday)What’s in it for you:$35/hour based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePermanent direct-hire opportunityStable, long-term manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work with advanced welding technologies and processesWelder Responsibilities:Perform precision TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel and alloy componentsPTA, Laser Cladding, MIGExecute overlay / hardfacing welding on wear partsWork to tight tolerances, controlling heat input and distortionFollow detailed welding procedures and specifications in a controlled shop environmentRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (GD&T an asset)Inspect welds to ensure quality, consistency, and dimensional accuracyQualifications:2–5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with MIG, TIG, and other welding processes (PTA or Laser Cladding an asset)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbolsExperience working with technical drawings and GD&TMechanical aptitude and familiarity with welding equipment and inspection toolsStrong attention to detail, quality, and safetyAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksThis posting is for a position currently vacant within our client’s organization.Interested in the Welder role?
